12″ Flywheel Slicer

The Axis flywheel slicer is built in aluminum with internal parts of stainless steel. The machine is hand operated and can therefore also be used in places without a power supply. The incorporated sharpener makes it easy to sharpen and keeps the blade consistent to ensure the perfect cut. The glossy ivory (also available in dark red) paint offers the the advantage to be easily cleaned.
